For the first time in CoD history, a Modern Warfare title will have a Zombies mode. That much has been officially confirmed by the devs, but one leaker is claiming that we will also get a beta to try out this version of Zombies.
The Modern Warfare 3 beta has been officially announced for early-October. Until now, we were expecting the usual from a CoD beta: Two weekends to try 4/5 maps and a handful of modes, but no Campaign or third-mode content. However, according to a fairly reliable leaker, we actually will be getting to test the Zombies mode in a beta this year.

He didn’t provide any other details and so we aren’t sure whether Zombies will be included in the regular beta or whether it will be released as its own standalone beta on a separate date. But either way, we’re excited either to play the open-world style of MW3’s Zombies.
And that’s all we know so far about the MW3 Zombies beta. It will be very interesting to see whether zombies can work well in a present-day setting, we certainly see it as having potential.
We’re hoping the anti-cheat gets some improvements next year as well:
