MW3 Day-One Update / Version 1.032 (November 10) | Patch Size
The day-one patch was effectively released on November 8 when preloads began, but it will only affect the multiplayer servers when they go live in your region. The patch is less at last 100 GB across all platforms. This updated brings all of MW3 into the CoD HQ app, and it comes with a number of changes the devs have made since the beta.
The game is obnoxiously big, but you can delete all of MWII now.

Here is a short overview of some of the changes they have made from the beta in this Day-One patch.
- Overkill Vest now lets you take two Secondaries.
- Medals pop up during the game.
- Spawns have improved and now seem harder to flip.

An official blog is expected shortly that will give us the exact patch notes for this Day-One update. At the moment we are having to work out manually what has changed and what feels different from the beta weekends.
When Does Modern Warfare 3 Get Updated?
We expect Modern Warfare 3 to receive near daily updates during the beta, but when the full game launches we predict it will be updated every Wednesday at 9 am PT (12 pm ET / 5 pm GMT / 6 pm CET). This is exactly when the last three Call of Duty games were updated each week, and we don’t see why the devs would change their workflow. They will occasionally have weeks off when they don’t push out an update, for instance on the week of Christmas.
